- Products without original packaging.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must:
- Be unused and in original condition.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Not show signs of misuse, installation, or physical damage.

To request a return:

- Return instructions will be shared with you
Do not return any item without prior approval.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by AlhazemTech Company.
- If the return is for personal reasons, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Warranty Cases
For products covered under manufacturer warranty:
- Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s terms
- Physical damage or misuse is not covered
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

- Provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
