Return Eligibility

Return Period

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to manufacturing defect).
  • Products with missing accessories.
  • Software, licenses, or digital products.
  • Products without original packaging.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Not show signs of misuse, installation, or physical damage.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility
  4. Return instructions will be shared with you

Do not return any item without prior approval.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by AlhazemTech Company.
  • If the return is for personal reasons, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Warranty Cases

For products covered under manufacturer warranty:

  • Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s terms
  • Physical damage or misuse is not covered

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos as evidence.

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
